KHALIL MACK EDGE
WASHINGTON COMMANDERS
Washington was the talk of the 2024 season led by star rookie QB Jayden Daniels but fell one game short of the Superbowl and will look to have a big off-season addressing needs. One of their biggest needs will be to get HC Dan Quinn a legit pass rusher which should lead them to veteran Khalil Mack. The former defensive player of the year is nearing the end of his career but still has enough in the tank to be a situational pass rusher on a playoff team and would be a great fit the Quinn’s defense.
AMARI COOPER WIDE RECEIVER
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
The Chargers have a great rookie WR in Ladd McConkey who looks like a go-to weapon for QB Justin Herbert but what they could use is some veteran experience who can help mentor the young WR room like Amari Cooper. While it seems possible they could look at a possible reunion with long time Charger Keenan Allen, Cooper has age on his side and could give the Chargers a quality target opposite McConkey for the next couple years.
RONNIE STANLEY OFFENSIVE LINE
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
New England needs all the help they can get on their OL for QB Drake Maye to stay upright and getting him a legit blindside blocker like Ronnie Stanley would do wonders. The former Pro Bowl lineman has been one of the league’s more dependable pass protectors for two-time MVP Lamar Jackson and the Patriots could use not only his play ability but his experience as a playoff contributor. HC Mike Vrabel will be injecting his culture into the team from the start and adding a legit OL like Stanley would be a quality addition.
STEFON DIGGS WIDE RECEIVER
LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
The Raiders found themselves a stud playmaker in rookie TE Brock Bowers who looks every bit of a star in making, but the offense is still missing a quality WR for whoever is the QB in 2025 and a veteran like Stefon Diggs could be a great option. The former Pro-bowler has been one of the league’s more consistent pass catchers in whichever situation he has landed and pairing up with Bowers in Las Vegas could give the Raiders a quality duo for their future QB and HC Pete Carroll. Not only would Diggs bring legitimacy to their WR room but could be a leader and a mentor for more young talent the Raiders look to bring in this off-season.
JUSTIN FIELDS QUARTERBACK
PITTSBURGH STEELERS
Prior to getting benched in season, QB Justin Fields had the Pittsburgh Steelers 4-2 and looking like once again a playoff caliber team like we’ve seen for the last few years. The Steelers are in the weird spot of needing a clear path at QB but not alot of great options in free agency or the draft worth trading up for in their range. Fields may not be the most polished passer in the game but he is certainly one of the more dynamic at his position and has plenty of years left at only 25 years old. If the Steelers want some continuity than why not bring back the QB that had you on a winning path and may only get better with more support and another year in the offense with the Steelers.
HAASON REDDICK EDGE
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
The Buccaneers have a solid defense led by some stud interior defenders like Vita Vea and Calijah Kancey but lack a true outside pass rusher and could look for help in Haason Reddick. The past 12 months have not been the greatest for Reddick during his time with the Jets and will be looking for a new home where he can get back to being of the league’s premier pass rushers like we saw in Philadelphia. While he may not be the same player, Reddick should still be able to provide some help on the edge for the Buccaneers defense opposite YaYa Diaby who has shown flashes but is still developing as a full time defender.
CHARVARIUS WARD CORNERBACK
GREEN BAY PACKERS
The Packers had one of the more consistent defenses in 2024 finishing top 10 in both yards and points allowed but one of the positions that could use some help is the CB group. They hit a homerun in free agency last year with S Xavier McKinney but they could be looking to trade former Pro-bowl CB Jaire Alexander which could open a spot for a veteran like Charvarius Ward. The former 49er CB has plenty of experience playing in big time games including the Superbowl with Kansas City and would be a welcome addition to the Packers secondary.
